The Road to Yesterday

Welcome to a story of vulnerability, resilience, and profound emotion. "The Road to Yesterday" is a journey through the depths of grief, a testament to the human spirit’s ability to find light even in the darkest moments. Each page holds the weight of loss and the promise of hope, inviting readers to reflect on their own experiences and find comfort in the shared path of healing.

After losing my husband, Steve Cherry, in the 9/11 terrorist attack, I faced the unimaginable challenge of navigating life without him while raising our two young boys. Through the raw pain of loss, I discovered that grief and joy can coexist, and that even the deepest sorrow can reveal unexpected beauty.

I hope my story serves as a beacon of hope for those enduring similar heartache, offering a reminder that while grief may never fully disappear, it is possible to find moments of healing, growth, and even joy. By sharing our experiences, we can connect, find strength, and discover solace in the most unexpected places.
